The Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) endeavours to make the "forms.ptb.de" system accessible in accordance with the national legislation implementing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

This declaration on accessibility (as of 20 March 2024) applies to the currently accessible version of this website (forms.ptb.de).

The accessibility of forms.ptb.de was already considered during development. Colour contrasts are selected in such a way that the contrast values required by the Barrier-free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0) are achieved. We also ensure that all content on the site can be navigated using the keyboard in combination with a screen reader. Despite extensive planning, not all of the system's content is completely accessible. An improvement is planned or in progress in all areas where this is technically and content-wise possible.

For example, the following features of the website are not or not yet accessible:

• The security queries (captchas) are not accessible.
